Our doula services* include:

• two in-home prenatal meetings
• unlimited phone and email contact from time of deposit
• on-call services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, beginning 2 weeks before your due date
• unlimited physical and emotional support throughout labor beginning at home, if you wish
• help to create a personal, safe and comfortable labor environment
• guidance in positioning, breathing techniques, and effective support techniques for birth partners
• assistance with breastfeeding and other questions you may have immediately after the birth
• one post-partum visit to your home after the birth of your baby
• referrals to local post partum care and other new-family services
• the story of your birth from the perspective of your doula
