YogaBonding
is an
integrated
sequence of postures
to practice with
your new baby.





It's healthy!
YogaBonding helps your new baby's lymphatic system as well as her digestion and assimilation. The movements and exercises you learn in Yoga Bonding will help your baby sleep better as well.


Although the focus of YogaBonding is on creating a strong bond between baby and caregiver (mom, dad, grandmother, nanny), it is also a well-rounded sequence of postures to help mom regain muscle tone after pregnancy and birth.

It's fun!
Babies love doing yoga with their mommies! They enjoy the one on one time with mom, as well as the health benefits, fun songs, and interesting movements.


I will work with you in the Yoga Bonding sequence so that you can practice on your own as well!
